Fasting is powerful! Fasting is the most powerful spiritual discipline. The inner practice that leads to outward change. Fasting can be regarded as an act of desperation for a move of God. In the Bible, the people who were led to fast needed something from God such as divine wisdom, guidance, repentance, salvation, or victory in battles. Fasting says, "I need more of You" and "I can't do this without You." "Enough is enough." I Need a Divine Intervention." "I need a breakthrough." You must be prepared to spend time in the presence of the Lord. Do you need to have a more intimate relationship with God? Spend time in prayer and fasting. Fasting and praying go together. In order to see a great move of God in your life, you have to get desperate for more of God in your life. Fasting affects your spirit, soul, and body.

Breakthrough never happens to anyone in the bible who did not seek Him.

You will never find anyone in the Bible who got a major breakthrough, that didn’t seek Him. It is important to seek the face of the Lord.

When you Fast and pray suddenly you are connected to God/disconnected from this world and fresh favor of God!

Fasting brings miracles! Fasting brings breakthrough in your life

It is not easy to fast, but it’s powerful! Souls are added into the Kingdom when you fast and pray you present your body as a living sacrifice.

Your faith began to explode as you fast, faith grows when you fast, spiritual eyes open when you fast and pray.

The first thing to do is to make a note of the reason for fasting

Pray in faith pray in power.

·      Start with personal consecration….

·      Confess every sin ask God’s forgiveness (1 John 1:9).

·      Pray Psalm 139: 23-24 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: 24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

·      Psalm 51 pray, some verses as led by Holy Spirit

·      Seek forgiveness from anyone you have offended and forgive anyone who has hurt you (Mark 11:25; Luke 11:4; 17:3-4).

·      Make amends with people as the Holy Spirit leads you.

·      Surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Master and refuse to obey your worldly nature (Romans 12:1-2

·      Spend the first three days in personal consecration (or as the spirit leads you)

Prayer Points:

·      Restoration of families, marriage, finance, health Joel 2: 25-26

·      Healing body, emotions, mind, soul,

·      Healing to a country and nation

·      Spiritual warfare bible verses Psalm 27, Psalm 23, Psalm 35 1-7

·      Salvation family, friends, young people, community, Country

·      Personal Renewal, Release Revival

·      Pray for the peace of Israel.

·      Demonstration of the Holy Spirit, Divine Intervention, Sign and wonders.

·      Pray for Sons and daughters.

·      Pray and come against sickness and disease.

·      Pray for marriages.

·      Pray for the children and young people.

Prayer and Fasting intimacy with God. Fasting and prayer can  restore or strengthen your intimacy with God . Many find fasting helps them rediscover their “first love” for God again. Fasting is a way to humble yourself in the sight of God (Psalm 35:13; Ezra 8:21). King David said, “I humbled my soul with fasting” (Psalm 69:10) Fasting and prayer can help us hear God more clearly.
